SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or courier issues beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Crystal Ball Night Light. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The product shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear
- The return is initiated by emailing us at servicecenter@haroldarthur.com
Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
2. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was a fulfillment error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package without proof of delivery.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at servicecenter@haroldarthur.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
